Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Managing attorney calendars
• Tracking and calendaring of court-related deadlines and filings
• Assembling pleading binders and minute books
• Drafting and filing of pleadings/discovery requests
• Review of records and legal research
• Assistance with trial preparation and deposition summarization.
Requirements:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Proficient with legal research tools, including LexisNexis
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to manage projects, follow through on assignments and manage deadlines
• High degree of initiative, attention to detail and accuracy, and timeliness
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to establish positive relationships at all levels
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deal with time sensitive issues in an effective manner
• Ability to lift 25lbs
• College degree preferred
• NetDocuments experience a plus
